I like this idea, as an extension to or replacement for the external_parsers
attribute. Defining the parser as none (or "") would cause htdig to ignore
that type, and not even fetch it from the server. Of course, if you're
going to allow options to the program, the whole thing would need to be
specified in a quoted string, so that you're always dealing with pairs
of strings, i.e. type parser type parser ...
