To my knowledge, there is not anyone working on Chinese support. General
Unicode support is planned, but it may be some time before this happens
unless someone volunteers for this.
For any enterprising programmers out there, I suspect there's enough
interest in Chinese support that someone might be willing to pay for
contract work.
