If your web server is Apache, you need to designate your cgi-bin as a CGI
executable directory using a ScriptAlias directive, e.g.:
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/httpd/cgi-bin/
in your srm.conf file. For other types of web servers, you need to figure
out the equivalent setup of CGI scripts or folders.
