[htdig] How to search phrases ?

Hallo,

i want search with ht://dig for phrases, means e.g. "water mill".

So i only want to get hits which includes "water mill" in that kind of
writing.

Is there a way to search for phrases with ht://Dig ?
I heard it should be possible in the 3.2, but how...
