Big blast of thrill-filled air coming
DOSWELL, Virginia (AP) -- The world's first compressed-air roller coaster debuts Saturday at Paramount's Kings Dominion theme park, promising literally to blow riders away.
The HyperSonic XLC uses a blast of air to shoot riders straight up a 165-foot tower, moving them from zero to 80 mph in two seconds.
