Roland Weber updated HTTPASYNC-5: --------------------------------- Attachment: 2k6-08-10-async-build-2.tar Take 2 on a revised Ant build. The former component.* build* and dist* property names now have an "async" in their name. This way, it is possible to let build.xml from async, core, client and elsewhere read in a single build.properties with local definitions, which can define different properties for each component. Especially useful if you want to generate JavaDocs to a place that does not get deleted when "clean" is executed :-) If there are no objections or suggestions for improvement, I'll write build files with the same structure for HttpCore and HttpClient after Oleg has finished shuffling the directory structure. cheers, Roland > improve Ant based build targets > ------------------------------- > > Key: HTTPASYNC-5 > URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPASYNC-5 > Project: HttpComponents Async > Issue Type: Improvement > Components: HttpAsync > Reporter: Roland Weber > Assigned To: Roland Weber > Priority: Minor > Attachments: 2k6-08-06-async-build-1.tar, 2k6-08-10-async-build-2.tar > > > The Ant based build targets have some annoying peculiarities, like > - JavaDoc target depends on compilation target > - no compilation/package target for contrib code > - main, contrib and test sources are all compiled into same class tree -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
