Build files for HttpAsync and HttpCore.
Improvements in property naming to allow setting of component-specific
properties from a shared build.properties.
The JavaDocs have become pretty slick - HttpAsync links to HttpCore, and both
to JDK.
HttpClient is currently not in project-trunk, I'll add a build file there when
it's back.
