I agree its not a "full blown project". I think the main thing is to
have a JAR file that is downloadable. If we make it a module in
HttpCore I assume we can do that.

Asankha, Odi and all

I believe the contrib-benchmark is too small to be viable as a
full-blown project with a release cycle of its own. What do you think of
making it an optional sub-module of HttpCore, though?

Roland, Would you have any objections to this idea?
