I'm for (2). That gives us a chance to schedule the move to our convenience. If we follow (1) until we're mobbed out by Jakarta, the timing will be determined by Murphy's Law. Let's wait until client alpha 1 is out, maybe some folks get back from a vacation and add themselves to the list.
