Hi Oleg,

With just 4 people on board TLP is clearly a no go.
So, what do we do now?
(1) do nothing for the time being
(2) processed with the plan B and ask to join WebServices TLP as a
subproject

Oh, boy! My spelling sucks. I meant to say "proceed with the plan B"

I'm for (2). That gives us a chance to schedule
the move to our convenience. If we follow (1)
until we're mobbed out by Jakarta, the timing
will be determined by Murphy's Law. Let's wait
until client alpha 1 is out, maybe some folks
get back from a vacation and add themselves to
the list. Otherwise, we should be heading WS.

just my 0.02€,

Hi Roland and all,

We obviously are not able to apply for a TLP at the same time with Commons. So, let us see how Commons move to TLP plays out and decide what to do next. For the time being plan B becomes plan A, that is we are looking at possibility of joining WS as a subproject.

Cheers

Oleg
