Set pano dimensions from Mpix and FOV

Bug description:
At present the setting of pano dimensions on the stitch tab seems somewhat
arbitrary and confusing -- and it behaves differently for different projection
types.
One thing that would eliminate a lot of guesswork would be a box that
shows/accepts the total pano size in megapixels, together with a button that
sets the dimensions according to this number and the FOV set on the Preview
window.
