When I decreased exposure of several other images from the panorama in
darktable by 0.3 EV, reexported and assembled the panorama from the
beginning, the artifacts have gone. So I guess they are introduced in
hugin at brightness changing.

Status in Hugin:

Bug description:
  Hello

Hugin 2016.rc1 produces color artifacts at some panoramas. Input files
are 16-bit tiffs from darktable. The same crop from initial file and
the resulting panorama is attached. If required, I can upload the
  whole set.
