This is the same problem with match-n-shift that Sergi had a month 
ago.  I'm not sure but it looks like PTmender (from libpano13) is 
creating a TIFF file that generatekeys (from autopano-sift-c) can't 
read.

Can you run just the match-n-shift command without the --clean 
parameter, and email me the contents of the /tmp/ folder that gets 
created? i.e. this command:

   match-n-shift --stacks --align --output In/img_1252-img_1255.pto 
--projection 0 --fov 50 In/img_1252.jpg In/img_1253.jpg In/img_1254.jpg 
In/img_1255.jpg
