I've fixed the version in trunk according to the discussion with Bruno. This should fix your process, sorry for the disruption. There is still enough time to discuss details before the next release (although with the locale thing fixed I think it may be a good idea to push a release early. Such visible errors are a pain for users and often result in a lot of bug reports. Let's spare it to them and to us.
