When dealing with six pictures to blend meeting around the same spot, I encountered an issue (see the four rainbow-colored images in the "Hickups And Fixes" section of [0].
I pinged Christoph and he pinpointed the issue to be likely in the seam-line vectorization or de-vectorization code.
