Hi David, thanks for your help. I've actually noticed something similar. When I load the original photos in hugin, it detects correctly that it is 12 mm lens, but at Focal Length Multiplier it says "0.98x", when it actually should say 1.0x (fullframe camera). So I tried to change this value and the result looks already much better (unfortunately I accidentally deleted the full size nadir shot, so I can't test the full 360x180 stitch).
Now this makes me wonder, when I gave you the resized images, the focal length multiplier is detected as 2.68x, is this correct? Shouldn't it stay at 1.0x all the time, no matter what's the input resolution? Gotta do some more tests once I get the opportunity to shoot the pano again. I'd also appreciate some tips on the techniques for the combination I'm using (fullframe + 12 mm) - do you think that 6 pan shots + 1 zenith + 1 nadir is enough to cover everything? Isn't there some kind of list with tips how many shots you need for specific cam/lens?
