I got 4 completely wrong cps - all in one pair of photos.

I'm not using windows (linux, 2010.10), so I have no idea what's going
on on your machine.

Running autopanosift-C yielded a set of cps that was mostly perfect.
Curiously the focal length was set to 12 mm and the multiplier was 2.4.
I set the multiplier to 1 and reset b.

optimizing only the view gave quite a good result.  Focal length and
multiplier are now 4.61 mm and 2.68.

adding three vertical lines and optimizing everything but translation
yields this pto:
