No, I've done directly to Stereographic projection, no equirectangular middle step > Are you letting Hugin choose the output size automatically? if so, > select something smaller, say 4000x4000. I've used the "wizard" tab only. No optimizations or resizing. I got instead another error about "Top left image can't be zero size" (I'll post the debug-log soon). I've been able to output my stereographic panorama with these steps: 1. setting in latest tab the new size to 8000x8000 2. re-centering the panorama using FastPreview 3. in latest tab I press "Stitch now!"
