Sorry. My error. Bad workflow. I have the same test pto that I load and run for every issue. I never save it and in this one case I did not notice the crop was set to a narrow band. I also have a habit of never using the assistant.

Can you describe your workflow. I can't reproduce it. Not via a normal workflow and neither via the assistant panel.
Does it happen on multiple projects or only onthat specific project?
