Hi devs,

now that we have cpfind, do we really need to install the autopano-noop thing?
I don't think so.

Unless I'm told I am wrong, I will send to oblivion in the depth of the repo
the following files:
./utils/autopano-noop.sh
./utils/CMakeLists.txt

Corollary: the Debian package won't need patch 45, right, Andreas?

Furthermore, I'd like to clean that ./utils folder:
* now that we have pto_merge, do we still need ./utils/mergepto?
* is ./utils/matchpoint-complete still used somewhere? shouldn't we store it
in a more meaningful place (it's a tool, not a util) and install it?
* there is also an old windows file in that folder,
./utils/build_wxwin_msvc.bat - do Windows builders need it (i.e. should I move
it to ./platforms/windows somewhere, or can it be safely deleted?

Last but not least, and getting back to the original subject: does the Windows
build still need/use ./platforms/windows/autopano-mockup/ or can it be sent to
oblivion with the rest of the autopano palliative stuff?

Yuv
