The other files I used were large TIF files. I've put a similar set of lower quality JPG images which exhibit the same characteristics and the two .pto files at http://goo.gl/2l2im It is a 55Mb download. cpfind time taken 13:51 control points 4 panomatic time taken 01:59 control points 120 (time includes optimisation, etc)
