Hello Yuv Hugin 2010.4 beta2 is Matthew Petroff's from sourceforge that I downloaded. It is not an own build.
View the reply of Matthew in this thread this problem is under attention of him and is probably solved with the next release. Will check later if the remapped images are compressed or uncompressed.
