As a translator, a diff to own po-file will give me a clue, what really changed
(if I were collaborating with someone else)
As a committer I would like to see the made changes.

The indication is '<' and '>' output. e.g.
# diff_po.pl orig-po-file new-po-file
will show new strings prepended with '>'.
