I had it also a couple of times and then it suddenly disappeared again. Currently I can't reproduce it. It occurs if you use the same pto name and pano image name when working on your pano. Remove or rename the current .pto and pano name and I think it will work again. Maybe aafter you have done this you might be able again to use the same name over and over again when working on a pano. I tthink it has something todo with the fact that OSX uses a "forked" file system, but I haven't been able to find a solution yet (that is if my analysis is right in the first place).
