On my system Windows XP 32 bits and Hugin 2010.4 and Hugin 2011 beta2 I get that message when stitching and saving in Jpeg. But only when creating the panorama with exposure fused from any arrangement. It is a 2x2x3 pano. Every layer get then that message, but the panorama is created, only a warning. Don't get that message with exposure fused from stacks and jpeg output. When saving the final output in Tiff I don't get that message.
