For your panorama it probably is, but for the lens calibration I'd say
it's best if you just stick with the middle exposures. Generatekeys is
part of the autopano-sift-c bundle - I don't know what you get on W7,
since I compiled my own on Kubuntu. You may have generatekeys.exe, but
if it's not in your path, your system won't know about it. Anyway, I
think it's only used for multirow/stacked panos, so stick with plain
autopano-sift-c and you should be all right.

When I go to the preference dialog for my 'lens calibration' version
of autopano-sift-c, it looks like this:

Program: autopano-sift-c
Arguments: --maxdim 6000 --maxmatches 0 --projection %f,%v %o %i

It's possible that on Windows you have to write autopano-sift-c.exe -
or maybe even the full path, which would be something like c:\program
files\hugin\bin\autopano-sift-c.exe. There's a selection button next
to 'program' where you can navigate to where your autopano-sift-c.exe
is and select it. That should be the best way of getting the entry
right.
