The question marks can be removed from the last table row. You call the target ia32 in the last row, but Apple calls it i386 (and sometimes for compatibility with linux/bsd i686). On OSX we use a set of scripts to compile "external" libraries and binaries that are dependencies for Hugin. We set the environment with another script in advance. So for completeness the settings (not even all settings, but the relevant here): export \ i386TARGET="i386-apple-darwin8" \ i386OSVERSION="10.4" \ i386MACSDKDIR="/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk" \ i386OPTIMIZE="-march=prescott -mtune=pentium-m -ftree-vectorize" \ i386CC="gcc-4.0" \ i386CXX="g++-4.0" \ \ x64TARGET="x86_64-apple-darwin9" \ x64OSVERSION="10.5" \ x64MACSDKDIR="/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk" \ x64OPTIMIZE="-march=core2 -mtune=core2 -ftree-vectorize" \ x64CC="gcc-4.2" \ x64CXX="g++-4.2" ; export \ ppcONLYARG="$ppcOPTIMIZE -mmacosx-version-min=$ppcOSVERSION" \ i386ONLYARG="$i386OPTIMIZE -mmacosx-version-min=$i386OSVERSION" \ ppc64ONLYARG="$ppc64OPTIMIZE -mmacosx-version-min=$ppc64OSVERSION" \ x64ONLYARG="$x64OPTIMIZE -mmacosx-version-min=$x64OSVERSION"; And before compilation the arch settings are again substituded for general compile settings (here i386): TARGET=$i386TARGET MACSDKDIR=$i386MACSDKDIR ARCHARGs="$i386ONLYARG" OSVERSION="$i386OSVERSION" CC=$i386CC CXX=$i386CXX And for the compilation itself: env \ CC=$CC CXX=$CXX \ CFLAGS="-isysroot $MACSDKDIR -I. -I$REPOSITORYDIR/include -arch $ARCH $ARCHARGs $OTHERARGs -dead_strip" \ CXXFLAGS="-isysroot $MACSDKDIR -I. -I$REPOSITORYDIR/include -arch $ARCH $ARCHARGs $OTHERARGs -dead_strip" \ CPPFLAGS="-I. -I$REPOSITORYDIR/include -I/usr/include" \ LDFLAGS="-lm -ltiff -ltiffxx -L$REPOSITORYDIR/lib -L/usr/lib -mmacosx-version-min=$OSVERSION -dead_strip" \ NEXT_ROOT="$MACSDKDIR" \ $CXX -L$REPOSITORYDIR/lib/ -O -I$REPOSITORYDIR/include/ -I$MACSDKDIR/usr/include -isysroot $MACSDKDIR -arch $ARCH $ARCHARGs $OTHERARGs \ -ltiff multiblend.cpp -o multiblend Harry -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hugin and other free panoramic software" group.
