Hi everybody,

I want to use Hugin to stich pictures that I took with a microscope, but I have to be sure that the resolution/format of my picture will be conserved
after stitching and not adapted. And for the moment I have the impression
that it is not the case. Is their a way?

You can set output scaling in File ->Preferences -> Assistant tab, "Downscale final pano x%", In the stitcher tab, you can select "Calculate Optimal Size" before stitching.
Both seem to do the job.

Cheers,
