Ciao Gabriele,

you were actually masking your images, not cropping them. In the tab "Maschere" you see two areas on the left: the list of your images and a combined area where you can switch between "Maschere" and "Ritaglio".

In "Maschere" you can define individual areas in each image that you want to have included (or excluded) from the panorama (e.g. make sure the legs of your tripod don't make it into the final panorama).

In "Ritaglio" you can define a crop mask that is specific to your camera/lens combination so only those parts of the frame are used that actually include image information. That's where you define a circular mask for your fisheye.

To the developers following this thread:
I think this combined tab should be renamed to "Masks/Crop" and both sub tabs should be renamed to something like
Masks -> Masks (image details)
Crop -> Crop (frame)

Maybe i understand but i doesn't work...I tried to put add mask and
after with mouse select an area with  option including area and obtain
the results on image but when i go to create control points I obtain
this results...really strange
