The free softwares I know that can be used to publish an equirrectangular
panorama or a tour made with many of them are the Salado Player, which
usually I use toguether with #VR5 to make it compatible with iThing
devices, and PanoVisu, a GUI tool to publish using HTML5. This last one is
much easyer to work with, but I haven't publish with it yet. I don't know
how compatible with different devices and browsers it is.

Hope it helps. I can help with Salado also, but it is more difficult to
work with it.
