Which version of enblend?
Try without the --no-ciecam, if you haven't already.
Also, try Multiblend, if you haven't already.
I don't recall which version of Hugin you are using. If it is 2015.0.0,
you could also try the builtin blender, which you can choose in the
Stitcher tab, under "Processing: Blender:", the menu should offer enblend
or builtin.
Also, what result do you get if you choose "Remapped Images: Exposure
corrected, low dynamic range" in the Stitcher tab?
A few things to try, and maybe someone else who understands more than me
can elaborate on the possible cause(s) of exposure changes when "No
exposure correction" has been selected.
