[master 0b7d5d5] commits two build-related patches from Kornel, and the
change of the project name to 'lux' in CMakeLists.txt
I committed to master for now, trickle-down to the other branches will
follow soon-ish, I want to do more refactoring on the stitching code,
and there may be an issue with stitching alpha images as well, which I
want to investigate first.
