INTERNAL ERROR: importEntity

Dear Hugs Wizards,

hugs (June 1998) terminates with

INTERNAL ERROR: importEntity

while compiling a handful of modules. If I type :r hugs proceeds
without complaining any further. Unfortunately, this bug is a *severe*
problem since we are using hugs for a documentation system where it is
called automatically (so there is no chance for typing). I can send you
the code on request.
