Sorry about that - we mostly use Win NT here and consequently
don't test as thoroughly on Win95 and we have a bad habit of believing
that NT and 95 are compatible with each other.

Our machines with 95 installed don't seem to have ctl3d32.dll but out
 NT boxes do so I put a copy from my NT machine into /pub/haskell/hugs/utils
 on the ftp server.  There's a reasonable chance it will work with 95
 if you copy it into the same directory that contains winhugs.exe.

Failing that, I guess that one of our microsoft CD roms might contain
 a copy or some win95 user out there could give us a copy to put up for
 ftp.
