Hugs in Windows 95

Hi guys.
Here's the deal. I downloaded the self install.exe version of Hugs for
Windows 95. I installed it, but now whenever I run winhugs.exe, I get this
error message: A required DLL file, CTL3D32.DLL was not found. What's the
problem and how can I remedy it?
