Beta 971207

I've just tried to install the Dec 10th beta of Hugs 1.4
under Windows NT 4.0.

However, the InstallShield program fails with "Error:- 115"
while trying to copy a "shared .dll file".  It doesn't show the name
of the .dll file, so I'm not sure how to investigate the problem
(and don't know what 115 means :-)).

I had installed earlier beta versions of Hugs 1.4 (and Hugs 1.3),
but removed those before installing the new beta. 

Any suggestions?
