latest hugs beta

Dear fellow hug-users,

  Installing the latest (December 97) hugs beta release went flawlessly.

  Only when configuring as follows:
       ./configure --prefix=$HOME  --with-readline

  that is, without --enable-TREX

  then the symbols   Rec, EmptyRec and EmptyRow still are in the Prelude.hs.
  So the namespace is a bit polluted in the "standard setting"
      (Here i've removed them by hand from the Prelude.hs)
