Hugs98 -98

Hello out there,

I'm trying to start Hugs98 with command line option -98 to enable
extensions. For the DOS-version everything is allright. Here is my outing: I
prefer the windows-version. Right here is the problem. Either I am not able
to start "winhugs.exe -98" or Hugs is not able to.

Can you help me?
