This was a problem with some of the prerelease versions of Hugs 98,
but it was fixed in the proper release (May 1999). Just to be sure,
I tried winhugs, winhugs -98 and winhugs +98 from a DOS box on my
NT4 machine, and each one worked as expected. I suspect that you
are running one of the older versions of Hugs on your machine.
