"Studders" ? Do you mean "stutters" ?
Is that a 100% stutter, like on and off, or a variation in intensity of Hum
at a slow rate 9 a tremolo of a 1/2 second (or so) period) ?
Also, what exactly does a UFO sound like - something off a sci-fi show on TV
?
