Sure weather modification exists, and is acknowledged. What is fantasy is
the description on ormal contrails and natural ( but sometimes unusual0
cloud formations as artifacts of cloud seeding. People certainly have the
freedom to choose any fantasy they like, just as I have the freedom to
challenge it.

OK with me, but UV is exactly what the CFLs are pumping out to do the Vit D
