The 4 and 5KHz recently occurring modulation in the spectrum - Guess what it is? It's a 1st and 2nd-order Delta-Sigma Modulator. (beats the Hell out of changing out the overhead cables Trev ........ Not! But Hey! It's cheaper so who cares?) "They" are trying to clean up their act, cut down emissions, and cool off the cables - Won't work - The whole BPL thing is a piece of junk.
