Interesting to read that HAARP is modulating its transmissions with a 2.5 Hz signal. As I said in my previous posting I had been picking up wave like voltages of a similar frequency in my attempt to find a reason for the variations in Hum level. Measuring these voltages is very simple the only equipment needed is a digital volt meter or better yet, an analogue meter with a very high input impedance. The voltage is picked up using a piece of firm foam rubber about 20 cm square covered with kitchen foil. This is pressed firmly against the wall of a house using some insulating material such as a plastic rod or wooden baton. I placed my pad on an attic wall close to the apex of the house, no amplification was found necessary, I could easily measure voltages of between 10 to 20 volts by this method.
