Interesting hypothesis there John. Strange that you mention this as my hum is practically non-existent today. I have found that different stress levels intensifies it. If I'm fairly level like today I don't hear it much. This idiotic hum is one of the reasons I don't get great rest. I have literally been woken up in the middle of the night with the hum so loud I couldn't sleep. I moved to Florida last year after I lost my Dad and my hubby. I haven't heard the hum as loud down here as I did in Maryland. Don't know if location has anything to do with it.

Also during this period there has been a low atmospheric surface pressure over the UK with gale force winds. A 20 per cent reduction in Hum energy level may be sufficient to take some Hum sufferers below their own personal threshold level giving the impression that the Hum has stopped and it would be interesting to know if anyone has experienced this. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hum Sufferers" group.
