Hello, Danny,

To your questions I would like to add my experience:

1. It is a shame that the local newspapers and the mainstream media
wouldn't give a # about the Hum sufferers and the real Hum cause. I
approached recently a few newspapers(The Independent, Daily Mail, Sun,
etc.), one documentary company (Raw TV), even the BBC's HARDTalk
prerenter).TO NO AVAIL. The answer on the phone was brusque and off-handed
:I am afraid we are not interested. The answer to my emails was either a
complete silence, either after a second-call : Sorry, there are not enough
peer-reviewed papers on the Hum cause, we cannot write about it, we have
previously covered it etc.
The media works against us, Hum sufferers.

2. The only advice for a sleep aid would to fill your ear canals with olive
oil (organic) or sesame oil (according to Ayurverda, it is good also for
tinnitus), and close with cotton. Sleep like this over the night, the Hum
gets dampened by 50-90% on some nights. I am afraid that dampening the Hum
will not cover up for the whole spectrum of it as you will be still left
with a tinnitus-like static high frequency noise, like ringing, hissing, or
car alarms ringing in the ears, all of it part of the Hum! But at least
this is more tolerable and you may get a full night's sleep. Bear in mind,
as there is a strong correlation with the Hum and the middle ear myoclonus
(condition in which the tensor tympany and stapedius muscles go into
constant spasms), by the end of the night, or whenever you wake up, you
will hear a low thudding and thumping (the Hum beat), plus a strong
fluttering (about 5 Hz) - you will be able to distinguish the tensor
tympany movement in resonance with the Hum modulating frequency. I believe
that the Hum causes middle ear myoclonus and this condition itself is a
prerequisite for hearing the Hum as a sound originating from the head. In
addition, we all know of the microwave hearing, courtesy of Allan Frey,
which, as explained in his paper, occurs in the area just above the
temporal lobe. But there are so many nerves there. And dysfunction or
compression of a nerve can make us prone of hearing the Hum.... Maybe a
good chiropractor could be of help...

3. (Not a part of your questions) - the 40 MHz frequency is part of the
Hum. My RC toy car, operating at this frequency, moves off on itself
(usually 1-2 m per half an hour during loud Hum nights) every time and
everywhere the Hum is present. It applied to 2 different countries on many
different occasions. The car just has gone mad in a quiet mountain village
and I have recorded it...I have also other recordings in different
locations.
40 MHz is used by the Smart Grid - Mesh Networks, BPL/PLC,; it is the
channel bandwidth for the 2.4 GHz wireless internet and is used by mobile
phone operators. Anyone can make the same experiment with such a car, they
are cheap and can be found for under a tenner.
For comparison, the RC car operating at 49 MHz, does not move off on its
own!

4. Read the posts from Vic... They say everything. "The Hum - Revealed and
Explained" post contains all the information and I have provided it in a
pack (all of Victor Nixon's findings).
Why the media would not finally recognize where the Hum comes from? Power
Grid coupled with Smart Grid...
They are just so much in love with their iPhones!

Kind Regards,

Lidia
