To clarify every Ram Mandir in Faizabad( Ayodhya ) it is claimed is
the site of the birth of Ram. Further according to Tulsidas, Ramchandraji
" Prakat hue" he was divinity and hence not born .....
With 20,000 Ram Mandirs consecrating their devotion in
Faizabad( Ayodhya ) can it ever be said that the movement and
its financiers led a genuine political/religious movement .
What the devotees read members of saffron party did on their return
in more than one state of the Indian Union is well known .
The institutions of the Indian State are daily exposing their
competence and devotion to duty and the truth .

Since we have to laugh at ourselves and what we are doing to
this country and the nature of the discourse , it is necessary to state
that a family member of one the political leaders who lead the movement
wrote in an affidavit pursuant to a family dispute (which was being
circulated by members of the same political party, when faction infighting
took place in the political party )that middle class and rich people out
of
devotion and faith presented silver murtis of the deity to the leader ,
which
were later converted into silver cutlery, as the family to whom they were
presented though a vital part of the movement to contruct the temple ,
are not devotees of Ramchandraji .
There are 20,000 Ram Mandirs in Faizabad( former Ayodhya)
and many Masjids . The Mandirs all claim that Ram was born on
the site of the Mandir .
It is necessary to reclaim the political and social space from
tendentious discourse .

The real reason is not majoritarianism ,it is financial and political
control over society which has led to the distorted " Jehadi discourse"
by banking interests and financiers and their touts to justify seizure
of
resources theworld over .As the people of Faizabad ( Ayodhya) inform
everyone
this is a dispute fanned by outsiders.
Just as the village money lender with his upper caste/upper class
alliance
needed the Dalits and other backward classes as flogging horses for the
rapacious financial exploitation with untouchability and caste as a
suitable social
and economic diversion to justify control over village society and its
economy
sanctioned by the spiritual mumbo jumbo of Brahminical rituals ;in the
same way
those who control India 's economy and the world economy require a
flogging horse
in an attempt to divert attention from the theft of billions and
trillions from
the national budget by Bankers, Financiers and private corporations the
world
over .
The 'jehadi discourse' commenced when several countries had to be invaded
for
capture of resources and within countries the national budget was to be
diverted towards special interests and serves this purpose .
This is not a majoritarian versus minority issue , this is creeping
fascism
which requires the demonisation of a whole community , to camouflage
the economic and political attack on the savings and resources of a
substantial section of society . Fascism as a political system requires
the criminalization of the whole society .
It is significant that the movement which finally resulted in the
demolition of
the Masjid commenced with IMF World Bank taking over governance in India
through local collaborators . A massive diversion for the political
change over.
Systematically over two decades a villication campaign commenced singling
out
in the national newspapers and the media the Muslims as the new Dalits ,
the
flogging horse ; the same justification which was used to justify
untouchability
before the arrival of Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Ambedkar on the scene , both
socialists,
has now been used to resurrect historical myths to portray the Muslim
community
as the new untouchables with pogroms and attacks from time to time .
The plots to overthrow by assassination and physical force India's first
cabinet formed after 1947 , was an upper caste/upper class conspiracy
against the social and economic democratization which the upper
castes/classes
were of the opinion disturbed their hegemony over Indian society .
There are several newspapers now hired for this task, all allied with
finance
capital local and global .The financiers of Mumbai made it their covert
strategy, therefore it was not one party alone as disclosed by the Mumbai
Pradesh Congress party workers , that their leaders had also been involved
along with the saffron forces . The pogroms of Mumbai and Gujarat were to
strengthen the control over these two State of the Western region and the
national budget by creating a new basis of loyalty ' Hindutva' which had
also
been used to create the two nation theory to assist British Imperialism
to preserve
economic and political control over the Indian Subcontinent ; to
consolidate
the space taken over by well known business and commercial houses to
camouflage
that hereinafter the guiding principles of political and economic policy
in these
regions and other extended regions would be in the interest of capital
and
their priorities .
The historical fact is that Babar had lost his own kingdom and
arrived in Afghanistan with a band of a few hundreds of horsemen ,
insufficient to conquer or defeat any country .It is the Rajputs who
invited Babar to India ,this is an elementary historical fact .
There is deliberate distortion of Indian history .The
leading nobles in the Court of the Mughals were always
Rajputs . India was never ruled exclusively by the Mughals,
it was Mughal -Rajput rule . Even against the Maratha
kingdom the Mughal armies were always led by Rajput generals.
The control which the upper caste/ upper class elements have
exercised over Indian society , is reflected in the refusal of the
96 ruling Maratha clans supported by the Brahmins and upper
castes to crown Shivaji . India has had an informal reservation from
time immemorial in favour of the upper castes/upper classes which
Mahatma Gandhiand Dr. Ambedkar made it their political plank to bring
to an end.
In respect of the attacks against so called outsiders in Mumbai
( when they are in their own country ) ,significantly there are no
attacks against financiers and business houses who are not
Maharastrians , but against the poorest of the poor. The
heads of business houses are not asked to address their
shareholders in Marathi or to print share forms and certificates
in Marathi .The attacks are always against the poorest migrants .
There is complete silence as to how so many people
of Maharashtrian origin are found in areas which
are Hindi speaking , such as Madhya Pradesh in all
major cities and in other parts of the country including
working and living in Arab countries which are so called
" Jehadi countries ".
Unfortunately such discourse and criminal acts
are leading to the criminalization of a whole society
since for the execution of such violent , illegal
and covert acts, the entire machinery of the State has
to be used in one form or another . Once officials
succumb to becoming instruments of criminality they
cannot revert to honest administrative decisions .
It is time to renew our pledge to the Constitution
of India and to the Rule of Law .The famous Buddhist
Emperor Ashok in his edicts had observed that we
respect our own culture only when we honour the culture
of others .We have come a long way since then .The Khap
Panchayat and many other political organizations which routinely
attack the poorest of the poor on the ground of cultural
identity remind us that there is no difference between us
and the Taliban . We can refer to these organizations as
the" Talibanization " of Indian Society .
The Buddha ,a great philosophical thinker an outstanding
humanist who spent a life in the service of humanity ,
had talked of a 'Middle Path' . We need a Middle Path
in India to avoid self destruction and disaster for all , even as
erstwhile major financial centres of the world face imminent
disaster and as the criminalization of Indian society grows by
leaps and bounds .
A political, financial and economic system which is leading
to the financial and economic collapse of the United States
cannot be our role model . In India 25% of GDP is already
controlled by a few families and 100 billionaires are
representatives of the Indian people in the Indian Parliament .
Finally the Aryans are not the indigenous inhabitants of
this country . Whereas the tribal people are the first people
of this country ,whose resources are being presently seized
without alternative livelihoods , in an attempt to devastate
the ecology of their regions by rapacious mining by the
descendants of the Aryan invaders who enslaved the country
imposing their culture !!!!!!!!!

While the cursory attempt of the Court to reconcile this dispute by
dividing the land threeways may be welcome, a disturbing question remains.
...What was being decided here was the civil dispute over land
ownership alone--not matters of faith-- while the two criminal cases over the
illegal and unConstitutional demolition of the Babri Mosque on 6.12.1992, in
full public view, provoked by political and religious leaders are still
pending. How have the Judges justified their silence on the criminal acts of
1992, acts that were bloody as they cost human lives apart from wilfully
destorying a Mosque and 1949??
What will the impact of this verdict be on what were clearly and
blatantly a violent and illegal act?Related to this is the critical question,
can and should Courts adjudicate on matters of faith?
I recall Baba Laldas' interviews in Raam Ke Naam, a film by Anand
Patwardhan when he analysed the motives behind the movement, the kind of
violence that led up to 6.1.2.1992. He was mysteriously killed in 1993...He was
the Court appointed iMahant who's bodyguard was removed by the BJP government
in Uttar Pradesh...His suspicious death has also gone judicially
unaddressed...The Judgement has given legal sanction to a brazenly barbaric
politics of majoritarianism.
