Unless the statute incorporates provisions for the criminal prosecution
of heads of Corporations and Executives of Corporations involved in
lobbying , corruption and bribes that is the bribe giver with special fast
track courts and the political will to implement the legislation which
none of the parties presently in Parliament who are being entrusted
with the legislation have ; Anna Hazare's agitation" is full of sound and
fury
signifying nothing " except to dilute the anger of middle income groups
confused about the source of corruption , which is the economic system,
to delude the people that changes are taking place which are cosmetic
even as Right to Information Activists among others are being gunned
down and the Radia tapes reveal the details of Corporate operations
read along with policy measures and decisions taken by major parties
and their alliance partners , even while constituting different governments
in different regions in the country .
