Greetings everyone! I'm a wannabe hurdy-gurdist, and lately I've been looking for a good instrument to start with. Following many advices I've decided to buy a Phoenix from Herr Gotschy, but I tried to contact him via e-mail two weeks ago and still he hasn't answered.
Do you know if the e-mail on his site is correct or else? Also, I've a question for you experts :) My plan is to play in a neo-medieval / folk band, sooner or later, so I was oriented to a Phoenix Abraxas, maybe 6-stringed. But I also "work" as a reenactor, so totally unplugged and acoustic. Is the Abraxas a good instrument also "off-stage" or should I choose something else... Like a Da Vinci, maybe? Thank you very much, and sorry if I've mispelled something... I don't trust too much my english ;) Massimo. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "hurdygurdy" group.
