Hi there - How about using "L.O." short for the beautiful name of Lira
Organizzata. I'm in the process of drawing up a plan for the lap
version of the LO. We have many contributers to this long term
project. It will be great to see this instrument take off again. We
are basing this LO around the drawings of Bedos. Adding improvements
and detail where needed. If anyone is interested see "Antiquated

a preview of the VERY draft sketches for this instrument.
Anyway Lira Organizzata sounds impressive for a most impressive
instrument.
