Thank you Ernic. That is exactly the instrument I was looking for.
I'll use both and give you credit for them. This is a big help, and
your views are actually quite useful to me, since they show the
buzzing bridge system (missing the control wedge), and many of the
details that match Hungarian instruments exactly.

I was last at the Kunsthistorisches Museum in 1997, and I don't recall
seeing the instrument then, so I must have missed it or it was not on
display then. If I can find Ms Dams' email address, I will see if they
have any photographs of the whole instrument that they could provide.
